The first introduction
Do we see a match? Then we’ll invite you to visit us at the company. Two interviews for the price of one, because we think it’s important that you meet both your future manager and our recruiters. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know each other better and delve deeper into your ambitions and our expectations.
The second phase
If we take you to the next stage of the selection process, you’ll visit us again. You’ll speak to even more colleagues and get the chance to demonstrate your talents through a case study, a practical test or a series of assessments. This gives you a realistic picture of the job and us of your approach.
